Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests
- Provide acute and chronic care management

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in critical care, cardiac catheterization, and hospice palliative medicine
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient assessment
- Knowledge of infant care, neonatal ventilator management, and ventilator support
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
